Stock’s Mayfield Model In Caymas Reflects Florida Lifestyle

Stock Luxury Homes, a division of award-winning Stock Development, recently opened its third furnished model in Caymas, Stock’s new resort-style community located on the east side of Collier Boulevard, less than two miles south of I-75.

The model, the Mayfield III, is a four-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath home with 3,033 square feet under air and 4,469 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage. It features interior design by Daniel Kilgore of Naples-based Soco Interiors.

From the front door visitors step into the foyer. Immediately to the left is the study with a French door entry and a walk-in closet for extra storage. On the opposite side of the foyer is a guest bedroom with full bath.

Straight ahead is the 22- by 21-foot great room which is open to the kitchen. It features a large island counter with sink, a pantry and a cozy breakfast nook that overlooks the pool. Around a corner from the kitchen is the formal dining room.

A short hall extending from the great room leads to the half-bath as well as the two remaining guest bedrooms which share a full bath. At the end of the hallway is the laundry room with sink.

Also from the great room is the entrance to the 17- by 14-foot master suite. It features two large walk-in closets and has direct access to the outdoor living area through a set of French doors. As for the master bath, it has a private water closet, his and her vanities and a corner shower with separate soaking tub nearby.

The outdoor living area of the Mayfield III model measures 596 square feet and showcases an outdoor kitchen with sink and grill.

The Cambria III is a three-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath plan with 2,627 square feet under air and 4,033 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage.  It features interior design by Chantal Warmoth and Hillary DiSabato of Naples-based Pizzazz Interiors.

The 780-acre Caymas is being developed in the heart of Southwest Florida’s hottest new corridor. It will consist of only 457 incredible single-family homes and feature an amazing list of onsite amenities simply unrivaled in the Southwest Florida marketplace.
