Stock Development to Build 8 Models in Caymas

After announcing and releasing some details regarding its  newest community just last month -- Caymas Naples -- Stock Development has also revealed it plans to build eight model homes there, with interior design provided by some of the best in the business.

Located on a picturesque site on the east side of S.R. 951, or Collier Boulevard, Caymas will front one of the last lakefront properties in Naples. The entrance to the luxury resort-style community will be via Collier Boulevard, directly across from Naples National Golf Club and less than two miles south of I-75.

Consisting of 780 acres, half of which are lakes and preserves,

Caymas will eventually be home to 443 homes ranging in size

from 2,400 to over 4,000 square feet.

Combining luxury living and exceptional fun into a single, tropical waterfront setting, Caymas will feature single-family and estate homes built by Stock Luxury Homes and Stock Custom Homes. Joining Stock will be nationally known Pulte Homes.

Stock’s eight furnished models will be designed by Southwest Florida’s most innovative design companies. They include Collins DuPont Design Group, Pizzazz Interiors, Soco Interiors, Clive Daniel Home, Vogue Interiors and Boutique Interiors.

The Birchwood III will be a three-bedroom plus study/two-and-a-half-bath model with 2,431 square feet under air and 3,736 total square feet. It will be designed by Jenifer Davison of Collins DuPont.

Designed by Chantal Warmoth and Hillary DiSabato of Pizzazz Interiors, the Cambria III will be a three-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath model with 2,627 square feet under air and 4,033 total square feet.

The Mayfield III will be a four-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath model with 3,033 square feet under air and 4,469 total square feet featuring the interior design of Sirena Gilmore of Soco Interiors.

Jenifer Davison of Collins DuPont will also design the Covington III model, a three-bedroom plus study/three-bath model with 2,743 square feet under air and 4,593 total square feet.

The Madison II, a three-bedroom plus study plus bonus room/four-and-a-half-bath model with 3,054 square feet under air and 4,779 total square feet, will feature interior design by Charlie Hansen and Rebekah Errett-Pikosky of Clive Daniel Home.

The four-bedroom plus study/four-bath model, Sterling III, will include 3,277 square feet under air and 5,170 total square feet. It will feature interior design by Treasa Dolan of Vogue Interiors.

With 3,838 square feet under air and 5,722 total square feet, the Margo III will be a three-bedroom plus study plus bonus room/four-and-a-half-bath home. Sheila Corasaniti-Cook from Boutique Interiors will lead the interior team for it.

The Gardenia II, a four-bedroom plus study plus bonus room/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,000 square feet under air and 5,901 total square feet, will include interior design by Dan Kilgore of Soco Interiors.

“The construction of the eight models is scheduled to begin later this spring,” said Claudine Leger-Wetzel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Stock Development. “We’re anticipating the homes will take a year to complete, which means the models will likely open by the summer of 2024.”

Due to its lakefront location, most of Stock’s Caymas models will be positioned to take advantage of the beautiful water views.

Pulte Homes, which has 87 homesites in Caymas, has also announced it will build two models in the community. The floor plans, the Brixton and the Regency Grande, will bring the total number of models in Caymas to 10.

The Brixton will be a single-story, three-bedroom plus den/three-bath home with just under 3,000 square feet of air conditioned living space.

The Regency Grande will be a two-story, five bedroom plus den and loft/four full-bath/two half-bath home with more than 4,100 square feet of air conditioned living space.

In addition to its luxurious, well-appointed homes, every community Stock Development creates is known for another outstanding feature – its amenities. Caymas clearly will be no exception.
